Hannah Harlan
Founder/CEO
Born in Colorado and raised overseas in Africa and South America, Hannah's passion for connecting with people of diverse backgrounds began at a young age.
That passion has followed her into the professional world. With a focus on the human element of business, understanding that each team is unique, Hannah founded HLS Consulting with the mission to redefine HR solutions.
With over 10 years of HR experience, Hannah has had the privilege of working with different teams across multiple industries, including healthcare, tech, and manufacturing space. Hannah's journey has equipped her with a deep understanding of the dynamic HR challenges that businesses face and a desire to find a solution for each unique need.
Hannah lives in Denver with her better half, Jason, and their daughter. In her free time, Hannah loves checking out local breweries and spending time outdoors camping and hiking with her family.
